After participating in Stepping Up for a Healthier Harlem--Obesity Prevention Summit
held 4/18/2007, Jackie Cauthen of Body Workout II, Inc. and Vincent Ferguson are two
Community Leaders actively committed to solving this problem.

Mr. Ferguson is the author of two books: \"Six Weeks To A Six Pack\" and for children
\"Get Ready, Get Set, Get Fit! A Guide to Developing Youth Fitness. He is a certified
personal trainer with more than 20 years experience and has worked with thousands of
kids in the New York City school system through his non-for-profit organization Body
Sculpt of New York.

Body Workout II, Inc., is the producer of \"Caribbean Heat -Fitness Over 40\" a
low-impact aerobic video. Using the video in free monthly workshops, Jackie
demonstrates how to add thirty minutes of movement or flexibility & strength
training to ones daily routine. Jackie Cauthen is a professional registered nurse
for over 35 years, specializing in Maternal and Child Health and Public Health
Nursing. A highly motivated and qualified individual, Jackie pioneered \'Childbirth
as family centered\' program becoming an ASPO certified Childbirth Lamaze
Instructor/Doula and ARC volunteer, teaching both adult and infant first-aid and
CPR. She is also a AAAI and ISMA Certified Aerobics Instructor
